Your percentage of the total settlement will be determined by the total number of persons who sign up and how many spam emails you can prove were sent to you by these companies. The maximum settlement allowable by current law will be no more than $250 per spam email that you have received minus all attorney fees and court expenses. This amount could be less depending on the final verdict. This is the funniest thing. Gullible people simply give out all of their information in the hopes of striking it rich. I mean they don't even read the fine print. If they did they would understand that we are simply compiling a list of all the morons in America who do stuff like this. I bet we could sell this list for a lot of money to real spammers.
